1 General Terms

Fg111 (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform" or "we") is an online gaming and Sports Betting platform based in Bangladesh. 2 Account Register

Each individual may only hold one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all of them will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.

• You must provide your correct name, address, phone number, and date of birth at the time of registration.
• Opening multiple accounts from the same device or IP address is strictly prohibited.
• Contact the support team if you need to update any account information.
• Keep your registered phone number or email address active — they are used for important account notifications.
• KYC (Know Your Customer) verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.

3 Deposit Policy

Deposits on fg111 can be made via Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 200.
• There are no additional charges for deposits.
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. If there is a delay, please notify the support team.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name are accepted. Third-party payments are not permitted.

4 Withdrawal Policy

• Money laundering and transactions involving illegal funds are strictly prohibited and constitute a criminal offense.
• The use of automated software, bots, or scripts is strictly prohibited.
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward other members or fg111 staff is strictly prohibited.
• Allowing another person to use your account is strictly prohibited.
